My washer dryer unit was 18 months old and barely out of warranty when it began making a loud noise... during the wash cycle. The technician came and was friendly. The technician said the repair would be costly and suggested I reach out to GE and see if they would partially reimburse me for the unit or the repair. GE agreed to pay for parts. I have tried contacting Appliance Technician regarding the parts list for the repair, but they have not replied in the last 6 weeks. The initial cost for the technician visit would be deducted from any subsequent repair but Appliance Technician will not return my calls - thus the one star.Update: After my Google review, I was contacted by the company and a refund was issued. The one benefit of being home with a busted foot is that it's much easier to schedule a repairman... to come and fix your dryer.These guys are great, I called yesterday afternoon, and was scheduled for today.
