An excellent experience from start to finish. After a power outage, our clothes washing machine was not working (control panel was not functional and water was not draining). My Bloomberg dryer stopped working - I called multiple appliance repair shops who said they don’t fix this brand. Appliance Technician was one of the few. I am extremely happy with the quality of service I received from the receptionist who took... my call to the actual technician Pavlo who quickly assessed and fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the cause and recommended ways that I could extend the life of my washer and dryer. He even cleaned up all of the dust and dirt that had accumulated behind them!! 10/10 would recommend!read more

I had an issue with my Blomberg dryer at my rental condo. I called Appliance Technician Ltd and set an appointment. The technician came on time and knew what the issue was. I had to go online and order the part he needed. Once the part came, he... came back to finish the job and now the dryer is working again. This saved me a ton of money and headache. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot! I would definitely hire Appliance Technician again!Unfortunately, a few days after the technician came to fix my washing machine, I was having the same problem. I... called Appliance Technician and explained the problem. Pavlo quickly replied and said I needed a new pump. He ordered the pump and made an appointment to come to my home and install it. Once he was here, he discovered that there were 2 socks stuck in my pump! He explained that I didn't need a new pump after all!I really appreciated Pavlo's honesty! He could have replaced the pump and charged me nearly $200. But he didn't even charge me for the house call. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends who need an honest and trustworthy appliance technician. Thank you Pavlo for being a person of integrity!read more

Upon calling their office, I was provided all necessary information and was able toy book an appointment in a very short delay.
