Waiver of Damages When Working with Water

Any machine connected to a building’s plumbing inherently carries the risk of leaks or flooding due to component failure or imperfect connections, which could cause substantial damage. Except in cases of proven gross negligence by the technician, you agree to absolve the Appliance Technician from any liability resulting from such incidents. By allowing the technician to start work, you explicitly renounce any claim to the contrary.

Waiver of Damages from Failed Cooling

Refrigeration equipment contains multiple complex components that can fail unexpectedly. Servicing or repairing these components involves inherent risks. Diagnoses may not always be accurate, and even meticulously performed repairs can result in machinery malfunction. Such failures may lead to food spoilage, discomfort, inconvenience, and potential revenue loss, especially in commercial settings. By requesting service or repairs from Appliance Technician Limited, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold us harmless from any related consequences. By allowing the technician to start work, you explicitly renounce any claim to the contrary.

Waiver of Damages from Lifting Glass Cook Top

Lifting a glass/ceramic cooktop surface to access components underneath involves the risk of breakage. The top is firmly attached with adhesive, and separation may cause surface fracturing. While the technician is expected to exercise utmost care, you understand that the Appliance Technician does not assume any responsibility for these risks. You agree to assume these risks, holding the Appliance Technician harmless from any related liability. By allowing the technician to start work, you explicitly renounce any claim to the contrary.
